The Radford Public Library subscribes to Ancestry Library Edition, a sprawling online collection of genealogy resources like censuses, vital records, immigration records, family histories, military records, court and legal documents, directories, photos, maps, and more. Ancestry Library Edition can only be used within the library, so come on by and try it out.
Consumer Reports Online is available for use on-site at the Radford Public Library.
Register your card with the Radford Public Library provides access to the video streaming service Kanopy. The collection includes numerous documentaries, classic films, and other thoughtful entertainment.
Register your card with the Montgomery-Floyd Regional Library or Radford Public Library to access their language learning app called Mango Languages. It includes lessons for nearly 50 languages, including many different ESL courses.
The Montgomery-Floyd Regional Library System, Pulaski County Library System, and Radford Public Library are all part of the Southwest Virginia Public Libraries Overdrive consortium. While most of the collection is shared between the libraries, some items are purchased for individual libraries.
